WHEN THINGS GO WRONG

A sewage treatment plant system is a capital expense to householders and particularly commercial developments (i.e public houses/factories/barn conversions/multi-property building developments).
Alas, if the installation of the sewage treatment plant is completed by PERSONS NOT KNOWLEDGEABLE OR ACCREDITED by the package treatment plant manufacturer in the technique and correct installation procedure for sewage systems, problems occur which in turn can have CATASTROPHIC CONSEQUENCES AND REOCCURRING COSTS FOR THE PROPERTY OWNER.
In addition, it may cause an Environmental health issue and could lead to pollution which may lead to an Environmental Agency enquiry and possible prosecution.

We were asked to visit a site that had a sewage treatment plant that had “popped out of the ground”. The unit in question had failed due to bad installation which in turn caused damage to the treatment plant, inconvenience to the site residents plus additional desludge costs whilst the plant was being reinstated.

The treatment plant is now in the process of being repaired, reinstated, and commissioned in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications.
