Legislation Changes – January 2015

As you will be aware changes in legislation in January 2015 by the Environment Agency have put responsibility on the property owner to maintain their treatment plant and provide records with regards to service and desludge which should be in accordance with the manufacturers specifications.

If the blower fails, you tend to have no warning and the effluent quality deteriorates which means your treatment  plant fails its discharge consent limit issued by the Environment Agency.
